First Day at The Shanghai Music Show

The first day of Music China 2016 is a wrap! We met manufacturers of many different pianos such as Abel Piano, Carod Piano, Chloris Piano, Yamaha, and Steinway & Sons, among others. It was welcoming to be able to connect with people in the business and fellow music enthusiasts. Hall E1 was exclusively piano manufacturers, piano accessories and parts suppliers. Tuning hammers, caster cups, damper felts and so many other products were displayed for us to see and hold to ensure we get the best quality products. The entire first half of the day was spent in just this one hall! In other halls, we saw beautiful guitars, wind instruments as well as traditional Chinese instruments. All day live music was playing in the massive space between the two different wings of the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. The cloudy, windy, and rainy day didn't deter from the joy of music.
