A message from our CEO in response to COVID-19

 

 

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

First and foremost, our hearts and prayers go out to everyone across the globe effected by the COVID-19 Virus. May you be safe and healthy.

In this unprecedented time the health and welfare of our families, employees and customers are our top priority. With the global spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are taking additional steps to help stop the spread.

Gemm Company and our team will continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We have expanded sanitizing of all commonly touched surfaces within our office and warehouse. As of today we have had no employees or family of employees with a confirmed COVID-19 diagnoses or symptoms consistent with COVID-19.

In addition, we will continue implementing the following precautions:

  • Social distancing is one of the most effective ways to stop the spread of COVID-19. Our office will be closed for walk-in customers until further notice. Will-call orders will still be accepted, but must be called or emailed in prior to arriving for pickup. Our sales staff will also be asked to no longer make sales calls and our delivery team will follow safe distance guidelines while interacting with receiving team members.
  • All employees have been asked to stay home if they, or an immediate family member is not feeling well. We have also asked all employees to seek medical attention if they are experiencing flu like symptoms.
  • Any hard surfaces on products we are delivering will be disinfected prior to delivery and we are closely monitoring any cases involving our supply chain.

We will continue to monitor the guidelines of WHO and the CDC and will make appropriate changes to our policies as per their recommendations.
